David graduated from Wright State University, Magna Cum Laude. He graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1998. David is admitted to practice law in all Ohio courts and in the United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio.
David has practiced law in Clark County since joining a local firm in 1998. His focus was on banking, real estate, and probate and estate planning matters, but has expanded to include domestic relations, litigation, and business matters. He practiced with his own firm prior to joining Cole Acton Harmon Dunn as Of Counsel. David also served as a Clark County Commissioner for a period of time. David now is a Magistrate with the Clark County Common Pleas Court, Domestic Relations Division, and the Clark County Municipal Court.
David has been involved in the local community and has served as a board member locally on the Housing Connection Board, The American Red Cross, Nehemiah Foundation, Springfield Christian Youth Ministry, and volunteer and legal services.
David practices in the areas of probate and estate administration, estate planning, small business law, and real estate law.
